By purchasing and downloading this blueprint, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Intellectual Property & License
All methods, frameworks, designs, concepts, ideas, templates, and materials included in this blueprint are the exclusive intellectual property of NAR Creative LLC(“Company”).
 
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sublicense, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from the materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from the Company.
 
2. Use of Materials

3. Payment & Access Terms
Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to the blueprint and any associated materials must be used within six (6) months of purchase. After this period, access expires and any unused portion is forfeited. No extensions, credits, or refunds will be issued, and a new purchase will be required.
 
4. No Guarantees
The Company provides tools, structure, and guidance only. Results and outcomes depend entirely on your actions, decisions, execution, and external factors. The Company makes no guarantees regarding results, performance, revenue, or success.
 
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the blueprint. Total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for this product.
 
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the materials, your business activities, or your violation of these terms.
 
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued once payment has been processed.
 
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
 
9. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and the Company.
 
10. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
 
11. Electronic Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement to these terms.
