Overview: An innovation school sought to help budding entrepreneurs build strong brand identities that align with their business strategies. The goal was to provide a curated educational initiative that would enable entrepreneurs to build distinctive, purpose-driven brands from the ground up.​​

Approach: We partnered with the school to design a curated branding workshop that aligned with their larger entrepreneurial initiative. Entrepreneurs brought real-world challenges to the group, where they learned to clarify and differentiate and communicate their personal and business brands. The workshop helped each entrepreneur uncover their "X Factor" and build their brand identity. Tools were provided to guide them in managing their brands beyond the workshop.

Exploring Blockchain and NFTs for Social Impact and Utility

Overview: A media and entertainment business aimed to pilot an innovation experiment with emerging technologies (NFTs and blockchain) to bring their unique Intellectual Property (IP) to life. The goal was to attract a socially-conscious audience, test the market’s appetite for NFTs, and explore how NFTs could create long-term utility. They sought consulting and advisory services to ensure the initiative was aligned with their brand vision, values, and innovation goals.​​

Approach: We partnered with the business and collaborators to launch a purpose-driven NFT drop aimed at enhancing brand presence, aligning with community values, and testing market relevance on a smaller scale.

 

Our focus was on alignment with the brand’s values, industry best practices, and real-world utility. We supported the NFT concept and design best practices, innovation strategy and documentation, and exploration of technology infrastructure to support growth - working with stakeholders to create a shared vision that balanced technology, impact, and brand goals.

Overview: A motorsports experience company needed to establish a distinctive brand identity and offer differentiated and innovative live and digital experiences that would appeal to forward-thinking brands and passionate fans in esports, simracing, gaming, and beyond. The company sought to build relevance with trend-driven experiences, while ensuring its ability to sustain innovation as it expanded.

Approach: We collaborated closely with the company and producers to help shape its brand identity, strategic innovation capabilities, and experience offerings to ensure they aligned with the evolving needs of both brands and fans. Developing a Next-Generation AR/VR Curriculum Prototype for Higher Education Decision-making

Overview: An immersive production company collaborated with a college to prototype a cutting-edge AR/VR program aimed at equipping students with essential, industry-leading skills. We were engaged to provide experiential learning design and creative digital innovation expertise to help shape the curriculum framework, ensuring it aligned with industry best practices, preparing students for the growing demand for skilled AR/VR professionals in the marketplace.

Approach: Our involvement was centered around providing experiential learning strategy to design a dynamic prototype and innovation content development support to ensure the curriculum would be both relevant and forward-thinking. Our approach included curriculum design guidance - advising on the structure and content for the AR/VR program to ensure it met industry standards and addressed emerging trends, as well as alignment to industry-relevant frameworks to define key competencies and learning outcomes necessary for students to succeed in the AR/VR job market.
